I love to nibble on just about any kind of cheese. Some of the names I can't pronounce, even if I could remember them.

My old stand by is extra sharp cheddar cheeses, but it really doesn't matter what type, or brand.

If there is such a thing as a "cheese junky" that would be me.

Sharp and Extra Sharp Cheddar, yes.
