We've kind of adopted the security guard at our condo complex in Mexico. He's a real sweetheart of a guy and real appreciative of the little things we do for him. This morning he surprised us with some homemade tamales that his wife had made - they were awesome!

Ohhhhhh hellllloooooo there! My god I love fresh gulf and key west shrimp!

The key west this year have been the best I can remember for sweetness.
Half in Jerk and half in low carb BBQ and then on the grill for 90 seconds on each side.

It would wreck your diet

Simply put, good porkmince, hot water pastry (a great thing) and topped up with Jelly. Never eaten hot,I hate eating them cold.

Thst one had been out of the fridge for 3 hours just to get to room temp.

Melton Mowbray for pork pies is the Champagne for well, champagne!
