Sea salt cream + cookies
24 hr brioche filled with cookie dough, 'melted ice cream' glaze, topped with chunks of homemade chocolate chip cookies + maldon sea salt.

Sweet corn
Baked gluten-free sweet corn cake donut, topped with Desert Creek Honey glaze, buttercream + maldon salt.

Flan
24 hr brioche filled with a homemade flan custard topped with a crunchy caramel sugar coating.

Traditional glazed
24 hr brioche, vanilla bean glaze.

I've been trialling some TikTok food hack to see if any of them are actually nice and the best one I found so far does sound strange but it is so good! Chicken breast stuffed with cheese, dipped in BBQ sauce and then dipped in Dorritos <3
