Since there’s been some fans of Cincinnati Chili, I’ve got a couple of what I’ll be eating this week. I got a Mac and cheese three way and a spaghetti 3 way. I don’t much care for their stuff as a chili but it’s a good spaghetti topper. Also if I die tonight it’s choking on the 6 oz of cheese they send with a large. Same thing for the Mac and cheese I’ll eat later this week.
Decent ent way to go though, either gonna have a heart attack from it or whole from it.

This is the Nasty Granny, its Chicken Fried Steak smothered in gravy with peppers, onions, bacon, ham, sausage, and tater tots. It also comes with a buttermilk biscuit on the bottom. Feeds me and my wife, plus a little bit of leftovers.
It looks like poo, but it’ll hit the spot. Homemade biscuits and homemade sausage gravy. Lots of pepper-because that’s how I roll...lol! 
Also rocking the bachelor plastic spoon. I could be more redneck...... but I don’t own a pair of boots nor do I have a mullet.
Quick Edit: Since my accident I’m only allowing one meal a day since I’m not burning many. This is about 1000 calories and all I’ll eat today so I’m making the most of it.

Tacos Barbacoa.
Lamb seasoned, grilled for an hour, then put in a slow cooker on low all night. Salsa is cilantro, onion, orange bell pepper, and jalapeño, doused with a puree of raisins, vinegar, jalapeño, and brown sugar. Garnished with sliced avocado.

I had one of the best meals of my life at Trulucks in Naples FL. Tuna tartare and a salad for starters King Crab, Filet Medium, crab fried rice, and Brussel sprouts for my main. Finished with baked Alaska.
