The Internet Invitational 2025

The whole event was trashy. The point is that she's a more legitimate golfer than about 90% of the field that was there.
It's not quite 90%, but I'm with you overall. She was a legit golfer in the event. Strategic. Competitive. Great at captaining. But 90% would be top 7. I don't think she was top 7.

Her GHIN sits at +1.6 which honestly surprises me. I wouldn't of guessed her to be that high, I don't feel like I saw a +1.6 out there but that's hard to tell on a couple rounds of a little bit of coverage.

I'd pick all of these golfers over her for my team from a talent level though for sure...
  1. Wesley Bryan
  2. Brad Dahlke
  3. George Bryan
  4. Peter Finch
  5. Luke Kwon
  6. Grant Horvat
  7. Garrett Clark
  8. Micah Morris
  9. Fat Perez
  10. Rick Shiels
  11. Cole Lantz

And then I'd still probably have to think hard about these guys over her
  12. Mason Nutt
  13. Roger Steele
  14. Mac Boucher

Tough though for Pete and FP right because they aren’t in the match, merely observing
Exactly. I wonder if the people who think those two should have said something sooner are the same people who complain when viewers call in to a TV network to claim they saw a rules violation during a PGA tour event.

The pressure put on Frankie by Portnoy along with the cloud of the cheating accusations had to wear on him and affect that shot. I feel sorry for him. I had never heard of him before this thing and he seems like a really nice guy. I hope he is able to get over that terrible last shot and still enjoy golf.
I think the pressure of knowing he needed to knock it close for $1 million was enough. He was saying earlier how he kind of likes and hates the crap Portnoy gives him.

Good point.

Frankie also blades that chip 30% of the time regardless of the stakes

Watching Peter Finch’s podcast right now. His story is wild. A few beers in and he’s sees the Paige incident and wanted nothing to do with it. Anyway he claims that the first nine holes took hr and a half but the next three holes also took a hr and a half. 😂😂😂😂
Just finished his podcast as well. I really like him and find his content a good mix of entertainment and good golf.

I Love You GIF by Taylor Swift
Like she manipulated that grass and then claimed she didn’t know, lol

true colors there

Given how nervous I am sure he was and his history he should have bumped something for that shot. There was no chance of him hitting that shot properly.

Dalke did ask Pete to keep an eye. Pete did make it to final Open qualifying so him saying you can't do that before Mo hit the shot could of gotten rid of all the controversy.

Isn’t that the responsibility of the playing competitor and not a spectator? If you think it’s the spectator’s responsibility, what do you think about TV viewers calling into Tour broadcasts to do it? Just curious.

I think it is the responsibility of the creators to make sure they keep each other in line. I couldn't give 2 flips on what TV viewers do.

It’s the very same thing. Spectators not participating in the match calling attention to alleged rules violations.

Your order is just about spot on IMHO. Everyone on that list except Roger Steele has played with or against each other multiple times on YouTube, so it is easy to rank them.

I can't recall Paige doing many of those competition type exhibitions, at least not with anyone on that list. So it is harder to figure out where she fits in.

A better comparison would be against the Good Good Girls, and I think most of them are clearly better.

Also, I vote for Martin Borgemeir instead of Kyle Berkshire next year. Also hits it 400 off the tee but has way more personality.

I will start by saying I literaly have only seen clips and the "news" that has come out of this whole thing, but at least to my eyes it seems like this event has done more reputational damage for creators then benefits.

I’d say more creators built their brands up than had any damage. Chaz, Brad, Peter I think all see tremendous growth (I know Peter had a big following already but I think the US has slept on him a bit). Even those with reputation “damage” won’t lose followers over this if anything they gain them

Have you ever read the comments/replies on social media? We're not exactly dealing with mental giants for the most part, there are a lot of barely literate mouth breathers who thrive on hatred and chaos.

I am proud to say I actively avoid those as really very little good can come of reading any of that.

Sean Walsh?

He was a competitor hours earlier. He wants to keep YouTube golf legit. I cant understand anyone arguing not to protect the field. That is weak

So if I’m at a tour event and I see something that might be against the rules, you would want me to say something to a tournament official?

Paige doesn't sell trash, she sells sex appeal. There's a difference and imho it's unfair to call her trashy. Cindy Crawford did the same thing for Pepsi and didn't get called names. Using sex to sell is pretty universal, Paige just cuts out the company as she's her own brand.

And every one of the participants is laughing all the way to the like/subscribe/share bank. The more we discuss and debate, the better. Malosi is a fool if he doesn't sign a deal with a GPS company soon.

If you missed the cut.....sure.

Oh for sure but he wasn’t in the event. Those are all people who were in the event.
Oh dang, I thought he was. Probably should have been being one of the better golfers in the space.

So Mo is on the Good Good Podcast. He said he didn't have slope on. That I don't care about. He then talks about the water ball that he moved the rock on and he said he knew it was a penalty. He kept quiet about it. He said he knew it should of been a 2nd penalty if he would of been called out on it. Chaz called him out on it. It should of been a 2 stroke penalty. They halved the hole to keep a 1up lead. That is the one I have an issue with and he basically said he was a scum bag liar. Bubbie said it wasn't the rule because he didn't address the ball which is 100% wrong. He didn't say he would take a drop and was moving rocks around and caused the ball to move. That is a penalty. End of story.
