I just think it's nice to see a foreign body help he U.S. out in a time of need rather than it always being the other way around!
Trying to buy innocence is nothing new.

The thing is, I agree with how you feel. But the horse has been beaten to death. We don't need a reminder of it every single page in this thread. Everyone is very aware of the situation.Feel free to use the ignore feature and I’ll do the same. I have no intention of explaining the obvious.
The other tour is real shady govtlol you missed or I phrased that in the wrong spot, I was talking about the PGA on the government t*t. But yeah, the other tour is the government t*t.
As long as he doesn't flip his car I think he will be fine. He's just living his best life.I've always felt he needs to pick one or the other (or risk even more injury) but that is damn impressive.
I'm glad it wasn't reported the way the press covers the PGAT....
I thought it was stated that to even receive world ranking points, they had to be around for a year. Does Greg forget that? I know he has trouble holding onto anything under 6, but does he realize he’s still got a few months to go?It's crafty. Seems the only ways they could say it doesn't fly would be based on the 54 or invite things maybe, which they already give points for at some others. Interesting.
It's a MENA event now though, and they've been members of the OGWR since '16. It's not about LIV's tour receiving points.I thought it was stated that to even receive world ranking points, they had to be around for a year. Does Greg forget that? It will now go to the OGWR committee/board for one-off exception approval like the other tours need to do when they host an event that does not meet criteriaSo LIV events will now be considered MENA Tour?
I don't see how that will pass, the LIV events don't meet the criteria for points, but nice try.
But they will have to fit the criteria the MENA tour used to get into the OGWR right? I am guessing these points will also be weighted lower than things like PGA or do they all count the same? It's a MENA event now though, and they've been members of the OGWR since '16. That's what I was saying, they'll have to strike them on it based on the 54 hole thing, or that it's only invitational I think, and they've awarded points for that in the past. So they either have to go against some precedent or make up new rules, which would be used against them with a vengeance in court, or come up with some other equally crafty rules thing here to say no, right? I could be wrong, but it feels like a good chess move that kind of has them pinned. But they will have to fit the criteria the MENA tour used to get into the OGWR right?
