What took them so long? I guess there were waiting for one last run in with the police!

They can't release him until next week, my gut is he has been as good as gone since the end of the season.

No doubt. I read shortly after Hue Jackson was hired that he was as good as gone. I guess this latest run in confirms they're making the right decision.

yeah if they do it in Feb it costs them $4.6M against the cap which they wont have the space for til March

And now the uncomfortable month plus he has to wait to get cut. I wonder if there's any truth to the Manziel to Cowboys rumors?

That actually surprised me a bit. I don't know what has happened in the past, but there is a new coach who runs a system conducive to his skills, plus he is getting paid a crap ton to be there.

I would be surprised if he still wanted out with Chip coming to town.

Gronk is on Conan. Gronk has to have the largest hands on the planet

You know what they say about a guy with big hands don't you?

He has big gloves.

Love Gronk, he just seems to enjoy life so much and has fun without getting caught up by the police. I guess he and Hernandez didn't hang out together off the field.

Gronk is left of center on the ole Evolution chart.

I have at least four buddy's who are paying this much for tickets. They are flying out of Charlotte in the morning.

Only way I'd do it is if my Niners were there, but I suspect the fact it's SB 50 has something to do with the increase. Hope your friends enjoy the madness!

Average resale price for SB 50 tickets? $5K. I need to get on that level!

I heard an ad for a $1M Super Bowl package. It was 4 nights I believe in some swanky Penthouse hotel room. With 3 bedrooms, a billiard room, 22 tickets to the game, a private suit, police escort to the game in a limo. All for a cool $1M. I was going to jump on it, but I didn't know 21 other people that would want to go to the game.

Haha! Group effort definitely required! They're having parties in all the Bay Area cities. The family and I were going to go to a friends in SF to watch the game, but we decided we didn't want to deal with the madness.
