Jerry Jerry Jerry......he is one of if not the worst GM's in football. A 3rd and a 5th for a terrible locker room guy who takes off plays, runs wrong routes, is late or doesn't show up to meetings, throws his qb under the bus and was late to a Christmas game.

It was really just a 3rd, they pick swapped a 5th and 6th round pick (and those picks may end up being close to each other anyway)

And the problem is people see this garbage and it hurts all the legitimate claims out there. Worse some people carry this over to Court when they are called for jury duty. The “pro se” litigant should be sanctioned and forced to pay attorneys fees for filing this extremely frivolous lawsuit.
 
One positive thing I will say about Jerry is that he is always trying. He doesn't mind spending money and trading for players to make the team better. Those are just the wrong moves or decisions a lot of the time.
 
Oh and to make this trade even better, Pickens is going into his final year and wants a new contract. Does he hold out, is his contract a pain all year?

He hasn't performed up to the level needed to threaten a hold out haha, I see it more as a prove it year for him to go after some really big money.

Really thought they'd keep him on the roster this year and release him next year given the cap situation. May be more behind the scenes going on. Haven't heard anything specific locally yet. He was pretty useless last year.

Cases like this are where judges should have the latitude to read the filing and immediately toss it in the trash and say GTFO.

I can only imagine how much of a delicate little snowflake that dude is.
