The Official 2025 NFL Thread

Ben Johnson beat Matt LaFleur twice this year.

f**k.

Matt LaFleur is fired. Rich Bisaccia is fired. Brandon McManus is cut.

Brian Gutekunst is fired.

It's going to be wild when Aaron Rodgers lasts longer than Gutie.

Pump the brakes.

Rodgers is done too. 😆

Packers still have a wr problem.
Drop too many balls.
And they don’t have a clear stud who can just go get it if they have to

Thankful the Packers didn’t make me stay up for an overtime loss. Silver linings…

Didn't McCarthy win a Super Bowl?
How many leads did McCarthy sit on only to have them blow up in his face? Take the Super Bowl out of it and look purely at that. He was a game manager. Won a Super Bowl with one of the best QBs this game will ever see.

What a crazy ending to a game that I thought was over at the half.

Green bay played a terrible 2nd half but looked like they might rally but came up just short.
Chicago keeps coming from behind but next week they will be facing a legitimate contender.

Patriots win tomorrow. 38-28 as the better team and LA coming out into the weather and cold it will be close early but the Patriots Defense is going to get a score.
It's going to be close to 33 when the game starts.

I'm completely biased - but I totally agree. There's lucky and then there's something else.

This is something else. Maybe it's because il Papa is from the Southside of Chicago.

There's been some lucky teams in regards to 1-score games. The 2022 Vikings for example

But Caleb Williams seems very trustworthy late in games. He makes big throws when it matters.

Whatever happens, I wouldn't feel confident betting against them

Not familiar with this feeling. New territory for me and sports. A playoff win

Sirianni probably should have played the starters.

Probably should have been more than one with that team.
This is an absolute truth. Don’t have to look further than the Seattle collapse.

Richard Sherman quoting Bane is 🔥 lol

What an embarrassment that was.

The 2011 giants were insane. I believe still the only team ever to have a negative diff and win the SB. But their offense when cooking was insane . (Victor cruz, manningham, nicks, Bradshaw) Etc

The dudes with no shirts in the stands. Seems wise.

Fair, but it wasn’t the 2011 Packers offense.

That was an absolutely bonkers team. With a horrendous defense. Lol

I can only hope he follows the Brady path and go from pulling rabbits out of his hat to being inevitable.

Green Bay would’ve faced Seattle, I’m not sure that would’ve ended well either.
It for sure wouldn't have. This was always a one and done situation for the winner of this game.

Hard to follow Brady when he's Baker.
