Looks like Klint Kubiak is set to become the Raiders next head coach. Nothing can be final until after the Super Bowl, but I'm hoping it goes through. That's just the beginning though, the franchise needs to really give the guy a few years to build his roster. We have the picks and cap to start off well. I think we should think about trading Crosby and Meyer and just completely flip the team on its head. But, we'll see.

I agree, that's the belief though. Robert Kraft is paying for it as well.
Kraft is a whole different ball of wax as an owner. He's def a HOFer but I am not as butt hurt that he is being made to wait. It's still just petty axe grinding but with Belechick there's no logical reason anyone can give that he doesn't belong in the HOF.
ESPN used to be watchable when Sports Reports and such were on there. Lately it’s just people yelling and race baiting.
If I were Vegas I move Croby for a high pick. Use this draft to secure the oline and they already have a RB. Find a MLB in free agency and start the building blocks. You have to protect the young QB (assuming they draft him #1) and you have Jeanty who can take some pressure off the QB. Add the tight ends, and the offense can be decent in his first year.

of course it was to keep him happy. They hired his friend and the GM is stuck now.
if it works, it works, but if it doesn’t, somehow those same fans that have been blaming Brady all year are gonna find a way to just blame the GM, because it’s never the guy who put Brady in place and fumbled repeatedly
