Had nothing to do with Yzerman it’s very clear at this point. It’s only gotten worse since he left and Illitch has been left to handle things himself.

You could almost say the same thing about the Peg since they lost Maurice
 
My first couple hockey memories had to do with the Wings. My first recollection of a hockey game was Mike Foligno’s game 5 winner against the Red Wings. Of course that was just the beginning of the Wings. How they have fallen. Mr I would be rolling in his grave.
 
Ducks beat panthers in OT to win their 11th consecutive home opener and start the season 2-0.

Wins against Vegas and Florida is a pretty good start!

Leo also has five points through two games. Both him and Cutter had three last night. Good start for those contracts
