The Official Banter Away Thread

The group behind me ended up seeming like a pretty laid back group and fast golfers. It was definitely one of those moments that remind you it’s not worth blowing your lid. They seemed like alright guys that just wanted to go out and have a good day and maybe made a mistake but rectified the situation and we all went on our happy way.
That’s really good, but as a reader so boring. I was really looking forward to craziness.

If it helps I turned around when they hit into me and threw my hands up. There was 3 of them and my playing partner didn’t catch up to me until the next hole since he was late. So it would’ve been a fair fight had they decided to escalate the matter right then. 😂

The most under repair GUR I’ve ever experienced.

Why are they leaving the mini ex bucket right on the course? Lol
The excavator itself was nearby too. They were redoing a few bunkers on the course. This was the worst. But due to the relief, I end up chipping in for birdie on this hole.

Well that turned out great then lol

Was thinking the same thing
Wait, let me see if I understand this
Pineapple and pizza is bad because fruit doesn’t belong on. There is the general argument, even though a tomato fruit but neither here or there.

But peach it’s OK

I think people get so dug in their heels on rules that they’re forgetting actual taste. Peaches don’t belong anywhere near this

I didn’t say it would be better than “traditional” toppings, just the ingredients themselves would probably lend to a better pizza (compared to plain old ham and meh pineapple).

At the end of the day, I’d prob try it but it wouldn’t be my go-to. Give me a pizza with some type of spicy salami and Calabrian chillis all day.

Cheese...

Im sorry your pizza is so bad, that you need to dress it up with ******* peaches, but I hope things turn around for you. :ROFLMAO:
Again, not my pizza / my order. Just commenting that those ingredients sound better than pineapple & ham. We have a ton of great options around us.

Not my favorite guy, but Portnoy reviewed this place walking distance from my house - it’s a small operation housed inside a Mexican grocery store. I always get the Detroit Pizza…it’s stellar.

He does more for small biz pizza places than anybody on the planet.

Wholeheartedly agree - he did a couple places in Atlanta recently and I’m sure the owners greatly appreciate it.

Next time you are in Atlanta we can hit up Yandys…

(Jk…I know you would never willingly come here 😂)

I’m in the suburbs…come say hi. And I’m pretty sure I know at least one client.

Yep…those were the two I was thinking about. Glad you didn’t say PGASS 😂

some like grocery shopping this morning since I’m only in town for the week, and then get settled in for some football today

We have a fun week on THP with articles, as a lot is coming. And then the following week the live update thread from California.

i’ve been there three times, and while I think they have a decent model, I chose our retail partner pretty carefully.

I have some friends in that corporate office, though, including one of the lead buyers, and they do a good job at what they do. For our partnership, we always look for somebody that has a little more hands-on with customer service.
