Nice thing is painted walls seem to help with the spider webs. Maybe it’s my imagination but I get very few. It’s definitely worth the effort and you will be happy you did for many years. It’s been 6 years and I still love it.

We are having the garage floor refinished and it is a 3 day process, so everything is out now fortunately.

When I lived in NYC I dealt with it often. I would usually carry a granola bar or two, most were grateful, some swore and threw it at me.
I only gave money once in the 2 years I lived there. It was outside Yankee Stadium and his sign said “why lie, I need a beer.” I did appreciate the honesty.

Golf tourney tomorrow here in KS, travel on Monday to Black River Falls WI. Rented a nice cabin along the river for some fishing and tubing and couple days of golf.
