I think I need to make myself some poutine. My only route might have to be cooking a duck for gravy and keeping the fat for frying. The poutine bug hasn't made it here yet so I'll have to make it the old fashioned way.

I tried this one out,unfortunately the PC chips always fall flat for me. Is this version better then the rest?

Would it be possible to do a Thanksgiving inspired version with Turkey on it? I guess it's already potato and gravy, it's 2/3 thanksgiving already!!!

1. YES!!

2. most of the best places are places like this one, with nowhere to sit, just a counter on the side of the street.

this is from my homw town, one of the best poutines in the country (once again, only my opinion)
