Nashville, TN

The Details
Let us set the stage. These two THPers have a friendly rivalry going back a number of years. We have seen it play out at THP Experiences in the past both as opponents and teammates. They were both members of this course for a number of years. Today, we are announcing Rivalry with UST Mamiya. 8 THPers on each side playing in a team event either on Team @JDax or Team @e1iterate and both @DannyLe and myself will be playing as well. It wouldn’t be a THP Experience with some education or information, so this will also involve a whole lot of shaft info including an “ask us anything” dinner where if you have shaft questions, you can get the answers straight from the source.

Each participant will also receive a brand new custom driver shaft from UST Mamiya along with a bunch of other SWAG. The teams will battle it out on the course over 45 holes of golf with the winning team walking away with the title and pride.

As with all THP Experiences, this is open ALL SKILL LEVELS.

Qualifying
THP Experiences are about making the impossible, possible. Your ticket to enter these amazing opportunities is the 2021 Albatross Club membership which goes to help a wonderful charity benefitting children. For more information on that or to sign up and help support this great cause, click here.

@e1iterate & I have been friends for years, I met him when I moved to Nashville.

We are both long time THP’ers, and a friendly rivalry has developed over the years:
(Cliff Notes)

2017- THP Regional Rivalry- Played together on the same team, almost came to blows over club selection in an Alt Shot match.

2018- THP Championship- E1iterate & Just A Hack started the final round 3 off the lead, I wasn’t exactly bullish on their chances. E1iterate & Just A Hack shot a 29 on the back and they win by one shot.

2019- The Ben Hogan Experience- We were Non-Playing Captains for the event. The event ended tied and E1iterate beat me in the Sudden Death playoff. Read all about it here...

That is an absolute genius event, and I am stoked that UST Mamiya is a part of it. The trash talking and competitiveness will be at a 10 for this event, that’s for sure.
