However, in Japan, you only eat sushi (nigiri) with your fingers, never with chopsticks. And, rolls are not sushi. Just sayin'...

went to a new rotating sushi bar this week. pretty fun atmosphere! sushi choices were limited but it was lunch as opposed to dinner.
fuggin monk fish liver. Damn.
I picked up this Hama-Chili today to bring back to the office for lunch. It looks better in person than the pic but it’s awesome!
