I got some frozen sushi from Aldi the other day that was not that bad surprisingly.

Sorry. Didn't realize I didn't post the name. Echigo. It's been around for as long as I can remember. Very inconspicuous and honestly some of the greatest fish I've ever had.
The rice is unbelievably good and served warm. They brew their own soy sauce as well.

Haven’t had good sushi in a while. Used to go all the time with a friend before they moved to another state. Always would split a giant sushi boat, it’s like the game of risk, but with fish.
Nothing fancy, but pretty good sushi from a buffet when I was at mom's over the weekend. This was sushi plate 2 of 3.
