The flight back is what jacked up the price on mine a few weeks back. Monday AM flights are so much cheaper, it's not even close.

Often it is really cheap if you buy your tickets as soon as they open them up for sale, then you get into the normal 'long term advance planning' period and they kick up, then you get into 'normal planning' period and they go down, but from there once they stabilize they never go down again. We appear to be in the expensive 'normal long term planning' window. I checked yesterday and it was > $400 to get there and back (Fri-Mon, and Monday is usually cheaper) on Alaska, which is stupid expensive. It will come back down.
