I updated the Thearabody app, and used the Jetboots after modifying my preference to 10 second hold time, and boy is that an improvement. The hold is my favorite part of the program. They do recommend that if you feel tingling in your legs to set the release time to a higher number to allow blood more time to flow back into your legs.
