Theragun at the PGA Show

I can't help but wonder if these would give me relief in my shoulder/neck/lower back/elbow/hips. so basically everywhere haha

I've been watching eBay for deals on one. I think it needs to happen in the near future.
 
After me being out all of last year with an Achilles injury, the wife has gotten big on acupressure and pressure points, along with some eastern hemisphere body meridian health, and q

well I use the theragun to hit some of those spots and follow the lines. Woooooooo does it does some work. I won’t say I’m an eastern medicine practitioner or believer, but some of the points just work. I don’t feel cured of anything, but definitely more loose and less general pain or soreness, especially after a workout.

also using the theragun on the arches and heels of my feet feels amaaaaaazing.

I’ve got several books laying around, so if anyone wants some pics of certain relief points, let me know.
