So, I just hit a 168 yard drive on 4 and a 210 yard 7i on 5. Wind is playing hell with me today hahaha.

Almost got my first eagle. 94 yard 3rd into a par 5, hit, one bounce and nailed the stick and sat. Easiest birdie I've ever made.

So close!! At least it didn't hit the stick and fly off the green. That sucks when it happens.

Very true, that has actually happened to me on a par 4 but it never touched the green, tagged it midway up and it ricochet'd off the green to bring me a lovely double trying to fix that mess haha.
 
Playing a course up in Frisco, Texas called Frisco Lakes. I just love the front 9 and really reminds me of the Austin hill country on many of the holes. Will give some updates and pics from the round today. Playing with Mr. Scratch Golfer today from HS as he prepares for the Bermuda Open in 2 weeks. Really is humbling to watch him play.
 
I'm currently +8 thru 3 with this 200 yard monster coming up:

Bogey there. Not bad considering I hit my F5 about 50 yards off the tee. Now a fairly straight, downhill Par 5.
