Par. Golf hates me today as another birdie lipped out, but... back to bogey golf on the nine. I haven’t totally self destructed.

Mentally tapped out. Haven’t hit a good shot since hole 10. Man I suck. But having fun, kids not doing bad. He’s playing several balls but his one for score has him +5 today. I did beat him on the front.

The positives. First round in the 80’s all year, lol. I’ve been in the 60’s and 70’s, 90’s and 100’s. But first round in the 80’s. Fun course but damn, you better have your draw game on from the blacks. Kid did well, he stopped keeping score of his on the back at some point. He was just hitting shots, actually playing a true practice round.
The negatives. Feet of putts made was probably 20-30. It was ugly. Hit some whoppers off the tee, but also pull hooked a couple that were set up for the lovely draw that I can’t f’ing hit.

And mad respect to @OldandStiff for his ability to update. It’s quite impressive. Just the piddly amount I was able to do today was pretty taxing and felt like I was holding things up a couple times.
