Obviously. That's how that works!
The people here don't seem to know where to go to let others play through. They move to the side and wave you through to hit, but they move right where you want to aim. Like high side of a dogleg. Every time. So instead of doing the whole mimes-on-drugs attempt to communicate this back and forth I've started this new thing. I go up to my ball, throw my arms up like 'you really want to be there?' and when they inevitably wave to say what I imagine as 'yes, please' I point the driver at them for a good long second and then drop it right into my setup, directly facing them. Like I'm calling my shot. Lol It's amazing how many times I hear 'yeah, they're moving' from one of the guys as I'm locking in my alignment.
So maybe next time just give a shout, point the club, and let him know that if anything guess wrong (or right?) it's coming for him. I bet he walks quicker. Worst case it works as a pre-emptive fore.
I walked thru the other day and let the twosome play their shots... Then made my way as far left off the cart path (against the fence) as I could and walked along that... They proceeded to I still had to wait for them to play their 3rd and 4th shots

I always lose track of posting the last hole with all the end of round activities, but I finished with a good drive back through the wind.
And then the wind pushed my PW just onto the right fringe, couple inches short putting it from 14' there, and a tap in par to finish -4. Was nice to get hot on the back. It's been a little while since I played a back half better. My body refused to loosen up in the cool air today, so oddly, I started playing better when I threw any and all thoughts of form out the window. Probably looks like I was loading up and rolling low through in some videos, but whatever works. Lol
