I'm a professional scientist. Sometimes you just have to embrace art. If it makes you fell better, there is a meaning for every one of those emoji scores. Well, except for the sun flower. that was there because of the darn sunflower seeds all over the green on that hole.
Sorry guys.. I was going to try to do a live round today but we got there early and flew through the round as my buddy had to get done quickly to go take care of his mom

Had my clubs, shoes, and a wrinkled shirt, so I'm taking a break and playing a quick round.
Note to self - the backstop shot doesn't work on spring greens. That would have been close to going in on summer ones. :/
Putting is easier though. Got it from 11 ft. -1 through 2.

Clipped some branch that I didn't know existed on a really good tee shot (I thought), and have a LOT left on this par 5. Fairway metal time.

Overcooked the FW and stuck myself behind a tree. Had to get punchy with a 7 from 105. Looks like a came up a yard short of the hill I wanted to use.

I just completely came out of that 5-iron swing and spun it long and right. This is going to get interesting.
Edit: ended up with a bogey. Couldn't really stand in a way that let me put a club on it, so I basically put my back to the green and hit down on it and back towards me with a 54, so it flew by my left leg. Popped it to the edge of the fringe and 2 putted from there.

Couldn't ask for a better angle for a FW into the wind on a par 5.
Think I came up a little short though.

We both burned the edges and got par.
I should have made mine. Misread. I'll take it though after the horrible drive I had.
Back on track with the driver after two bad tee shots. Pretty sure this one's up by the green.
