Hole 11. The start of our Amen Corner as the next 3 hole have forced carries over marsh. 11 is a Mickey Mouse hole as rt is OB. Left and short is marsh. Long, lt, and rt of green is dead.

2 putt 5 with Pen stroke. Even through 11.

Hole 12. 424 yard par 4. Dogleg lt. OB long. Marsh short. 195 to carry marsh. Nice big cut here is the shot to play off the tee. Wind starting to pick up here

2 putt par to stay even through 12.

Hole 13. Par 3. Playing 230 today. Little breeze in our face. Dead left. Gotta carry another marsh 170. Might be the toughest hole we have as the wind is always in our face.

missed green, bad chip, 1 putt for bogey.

Hole 14. 387 yard par 4. Only thing is don’t go left. Baby cut here is the shot. No need to be greedy and hit draw as everything slopes left. (I hit it left…).

1 putt bogey save. +2 through 14.

Hole 15. 380 yrd par 4. Dogleg left with marsh on the entire left side.

2 putt par to stay +2 through 15.


117 yrds to the pin.

missed green but got up and down for a 3.

Hole 17. 545 yrd Par 5. Rt on tee shot you’re dead. Left or long on approach and you’re dead. Scoreable par 5 if you can put together a couple shots.

1 putt for par. +2 through 17 going into final par 5 that is again very scoreable.

Hole 18. 492 yard par 5. Slight dogleg rt with a uphill approach to the green. Hard left is dead and the green is surrounded by bunkers. Great finishing hole if you’re looking score.

1 Putt E.A.G.L.E! to finish even par 71! My best 18 hole round from out tips ever and validated by my wife who watched it all! (72.4/139 at 6600 yards).

Two holes in a row in the sand.
Had a nice out on 2 for a par save. +1 thru 2. Tee shot in the fairway on 3 let’s see if I can avoid the beach.

5 is the ‘Signature Hole’ according to the rock by the tee box. Great tee shot over the water.


I’m playing with a group of SR’s today so it’s a bit slow going. No biggie plenty of time to live post lol.

Blowup hole was #4. Carded a 7 after getting wet.
