Slowest round ever?

As slow as it was... It was a good round

Playing the notorious Wolf Creek today. Gorgeous weather. Made the turn at one over.

Hole 10. Pw in for a birdie putt.

2 putt on 10 for par. 11 is a highly elevated tee box. Par 3. 158 yards, playing about 138.

Hit it thin. The Apex Pros are wonderful with thin misses. On the front of the green.

The course is amazing.

2 putt par. Number 12 is par 5. The fairway slopes right to left into a large pond running along the left side. You must stay right or be wet.

So so drive, but I am in the middle of the fairway. 270 to the middle of the green. Water on the right. Decisions...

I hit 5 wood to keep the water out of play.

My ball checked too much and my 35 yard wedge left me 20 feet. Tap in par.

13 is unfair. It doglegs around the hill. Blind to the green. A good tee ball leaves wedge, but over half the time, a wedge spins back off the green and then rolls back about 100 yards.

I hit a little fade around the hill. Lob wedge in.

All of these divots show you how many balls come back. I changed my mind and hit a 52 degree wedge to take spin off. I was still 50 feet from the hole. I left my first putt 8 feet above the hole. My second putt went in or I would have been off the green. So lucky there.

Still one over. This next hole is number 14, one of Wolf Creek’s signature holes. Forced carry. Bunkers guarding the entire fairway. The fairway splits with Bermuda rough in the middle.

@Tenputt are you walking or riding?

I know you posted a thread a few days ago about talking you off the cliff. Please stay on the cart path:LOL: here!

Hit a nice draw of 267 yards. Middle of the lower fairway. Elevated green. 95 yards to the pin. E33BEF3F-E07C-49F5-947B-1410E94A0AE0.jpeg5CED88E0-D3CB-4F14-B6ED-EF6D6F1B0A5B.jpeg
