Tour Edge Exotics Fairways and Hybrid

As for the hybrid, I think yesterday was the moment where it really started to shine for me. I've had a late season resurgence with my golf swing after a little bit of needed practice. Seems like it's very easy to square the club face. Distance is there - possibly a smidge longer than some of my other hybrids. I have played some of these holes probably close to 100 time this year, and I'm very aware of where a 4h will put me.

I don't hit it super high, but I don't really hit anything super high. Sound is more normal to me now. Definitely like it most when I hit the center of the face, though missing across the face doesn't seem all that penal.

Interesting release. The Max name sort of confused me because of how Tour Edge has named clubs in the past. I really expected this to mirror some of their SGI stuff - offset, etc. It's a very conventional looking hybrid in the GI space and one that punches above its price range when you consider its technology and materials.

Small thing, but the head covers are great across the entire line. Soft feeling in the hands, easy to get on and off, clean look with the new logo.
Love to see this. A Tour Edge Exotics hybrid is on my wishlist.

And I agree with the headcovers. The C725 covers were very soft and felt premium. I did get some wear spots a little quicker than I expected, but not horrible.

Got a pic of the headcover to share?

I don't have one of my own handy, but here's one of the driver head cover from the company.

I'm still working with the Max hybrid. I think, from a personal fitting standpoint, I'd probably like to see a bit more spin/launch to maximize my carry distance. I'm not getting the peak height as a low ball hitter. Total distance is very much there. Definitely a hybrid that is easy to close the face on, so anybody struggling with the slice miss and needing to drop spin a bit might find it right in their wheelhouse.

The LS Fairway has been a fixture in the bag of my high-speed 16 year old son. I don't know a better way to express how the ball comes off other than to say it's one of those ball flights that makes you say "wow". Penetrating, peaks nicely at a mid-high range, and is LONG. No noticeable directional bias, which he loves. He is coming from a TM Sim 2 that he really struggled missing left with.

Sounds great, looks great. It should be on any higher speed guy's radar imo.

Wow this looks so good. Getting strong sim vibes from the top down.

Do we have any pictures of the hybrids behind the ball?
I do not have a hybrid in hand, but @Hawk might

Best I have right now.

Is it just the carbon inlay or is that super closed at setup
Could be as simple as the angle of the camera. It’s nothing unusual.

I came so close to pulling the trigger on the LS model as I have had their hybrids and 3W years ago and I was very impressed. I think more people will end up trying TE this year than ever before as they do need more love for they can hang with the big dogs for sure, I just like what I'm playing better

How deep is the fairway face compared to others on the market?
I feel like i measured this a while back. Maybe not. Matbe it was the driver.

Anyway, i presently only have the c725 3w to measure, I’ll do that later and post up as photo. You can compare that to whatever you bag.

I’d say a tick under 1.5” maybe - 1 7/16” sorry not my best photo dog is with meIMG_5456.jpeg

The 3 hybrid is an absolute eye opener and should be tried by all. I hit it and simply said, "whoa."
