Tour Edge Wingman 800 Putter Series

That's awesome...I mean at the price point it was attractive anyways, but seems like it might be one of the most worth it for what they cost putter
The interesting thing to me will be the shapes. I’ve got the Spider look version and it’s really well done, but, I also know the other two are much more abstract…

I’m curious how those will be received

I'm looking forward to chasing them down in store to get my eyes on them

Really like the 804. The alignment looks awesome. This is a hard ponder for me.

@Jman it's been almost 3 hours and none of your awesome photography has appeared in this thread?? ;)

It was pouring my guy. Gotta get home first from travel.

Hopefully you can find them!!

It’s exciting how much better they sound/feel, that was a really big hurdle for them to overcome last time around.

Can you expand please? From the pictures the fang looks good (to me) the almost blade less so. I’ve always found the spider to be a lot to look at.

I cannot say enough good things about this putter.
From a price point perspective, I never expected a refined, great looking putter that feels phenomenal and sounds near perfect to me. The look in hand is ******* excellent and I definitely will be spending way more time with it.

It’s all personal opinion and preference, that was simply mine.

The spider shape is a classic at this point, and it’s a look many have become much more comfortable with it. Not to mention, they did a really good job with it.

The other two are more unique, and abstract. It doesn’t mean they’re bad, it simply means I think they’ll be the more interesting two to see how people respond to the shapes.

It’s like I said the release article though, I applaud them for picking a lane and committing to it. With these shapes, they truly have done just that.

It’s been a minute since I was really truly surprised like this for a putter in this realm.

Their pictures on release 100% didn’t do them justice.

Thanks James - I also agree I have seen some good and some not so good photos of the various shapes, I really like the slant neck fang (803 I think it is).

Did you see the 805/806 in person? It's an intriguing shape.

Did we talk about how this is offer with the pro only blue star. Really, really interesting choice. Seems they are all in on feel

That blue definitely stands out! This looks more "finished" to me than their prior offerings. I'd roll that 803 for sure

I have not asked, but I think they know exactly what they have here. Which is a putter that out punches a lot of others in much higher end weight classes so to speak and dollar for dollar, it might be untouchable.

I believe that. I really like the alignment of the 806 and the use of technology here makes sense

The pro shop at my local course is larger than most (15,000+ square feet) and stocks numerous manufactures including Tour Edge. Hopefully they will have these putters available. I'm interested in seeing these in person and having a chance to roll a few.

Going to try and get some pics of the one I have in hand this evening.

Did just roll about 30 putts on the Tour Links out of curiosity to make sure I was remembering correctly what I experienced, and, I was.

But his putter sounds/feels superb, absolutely impressive in all facets.

Feels like this putter will get vastly overlooked by a lot of people

Sadly, it’s possible. It seems to happen in this price realm.

That said, I do think this finish will draw some attention they otherwise would not have gotten.

Yeah simply from a "oh that looks interesting" perspective people will pick it up...sounds like it'll also feel quite nice with a softer ball you usually tend to see on retail putting greens

Will this be in your bag for The Mitsubishi exp by chance?

Just the price? I’m sad due to the limited availability (TE equipment in general). Will be in Hilton head and I’d next week hope to see and try these putters (and maybe some irons too)

How is the weight? Heavy, light, average?
