Bought this when they first came out, but have never really had a chance to use it. With a one year old little girl, I'm just lucky when I get to play at all, let alone dedicating time to practice. Everything that originally came with is included, save for the box. I don't believe I kept it, but if it magically appears, I'll ship in that. The belt itself, I think I've put it on three times, all indoors. Only used the short green band. Never even clipped the two longer bands.
