I did two travel games and that was enough for me. Just too much intensity surrounding young teens for me. That said, I love doing rec league. Its very rewarding for me, even if I need to put in my thick skin once or twice a season to deal with a parent or coach.
Man, locally they run a two ref system and both were always around 5 - 10 yards where they should have been. It was rough to watch as it only takes hustle to be in the right spots
We got beat in a game where the girl was clearly offsides but because that side didn’t have an AR they let the goal stand

I want to see the formation, but think it might give us a chance to be as “explosive” as we can offensively. I would love to see Jedi back there defensively, but I think it has promise

That speed form Japan will be a test
It seems like the smaller guys on el tri should have the ability to match the speed of Japan but it’s the back line I’m worried about. They seem to push forward too much and get caught on long passes being out of position lately
