They give you a headcover for a reason... use it.I would welcome the opportunity to take in a round with you my good man.
Sounds awesome.
Whoa there. Let’s not get crazy nowAll clubs should have covers.
But especially putters.
I agree... Heck, I always use my prized USCG putter head cover on my old 1983 Ping B60!I cannot believe that some people don’t use a putter cover. That is crazy.

I’m constantly yelling at someone at our course about itI cannot believe that some people don’t use a putter cover. That is crazy.
Even worse I have friends that do this with their drivers … painful ….I don't understand those who take if off at the beginning of the round and let it get banged around. Same with woods.
FIFYCovers comes off, putt gets made eventually, cover goes back on. What's so hard about that?
It's funny, I see this putter, and I know the extremely remarkable history behind it, and all I can do is be disgusted.

These threads crack me up
Agree a million percent! The sounds of woods banging together is like nails on a chalkboard.1000% agree. But does this not apply to woods as well? It drives me insane to see people with brand new drivers banging around in the back of a cart.
I like @Slowmo’s sentiment - if it came with a headcover, it should always have a headcover when not in use.
I play with people who do both.... I don't understand it....Even worse I have friends that do this with their drivers … painful ….
