That's a great looking setup partner! Happy the little mistake didn't end up being significant. Not fully cured, but turned out well. Now I’m the bag letting it fully cure. Ended up being just under 37”. Think it will be fine as it still feels heavy but may have to add lead tape as a worst case scenario.

Me too. Haha. When I cut it and realized I had to sand down the piece that goes into the metal I had realized what I did and my stomach sank. That's a great looking setup partner! Happy the little mistake didn't end up being significant.
How much is it off by? That's odd it didn't fit. It should fit no problem. I would think you need to sand it a smidge where it sits in the hozel to ensure it cures right.I pulled the shaft out of the putter, and was going to mock up the All-in shaft but it doesn't fit. Would it be better to bore it out, or sand down the shaft a little bit? I don't think it'd matter performance wise if I sand down the shaft to fit, right?
I've never had one feel whippy. (at least not after cured). Every putter I have put this shaft in, it has felt a little firmer and more connected.ended up boring out the hosel and now it fits great. Now on to the shop to get it epoxied in and get it gripped.
When it's mocked up it feels whippy though, but I trust that it will perform.
Was probably just the effect of not having a grip on it. I'm going to the shop today after work to get a grip on it and epoxy it in.I've never had one feel whippy. (at least not after cured). Every putter I have put this shaft in, it has felt a little firmer and more connected.
Always a great feeling when getting a new set up. The all in shaft performs so well and creates great stability. I don’t think it’s a honeymoon phase for you!Oh boy....day 1, honeymoon phase? Concentrating more?
Could a putter shaft really make such a huge difference?
All I know is the ball is starting where I want it to more, ending up closer to the hole, and seems to actually be rolling better. Meaning I don't hear it skidding at first like with the metal shaft. I've made more on the practice green at the shop than I have ever, this could really be a great year for me.
That’s a really nice looking build!I put the graphite All-In with a blacked out Toulon Austin. Have only been able to roll it indoors(hopefully just a few weeks away from outdoor golf again) and my goodness the stability is amazing.

you are correct. If you are wanting to do it now you would need the retrofit. Its not hard to cut and do (unless you measure wrong like I did lol) but it didn't mess it up bad enough where I noticed a difference.I think I know the answer to this question, but there is no way to install this shaft in the Ai-ONE Square to Square Jailbird WITHOUT cutting the existing SL90 in it? I think I'd need the prototype a few of the THP staff are using, but I just wanted to make sure? I don't really want to cut up my existing shaft.

The only way would be to get a retro fit All In and cut the SL at the steel. Not sure what that does to swing weight but would follow the existing instructions for single/double bend cutting and it should be ok.I think I know the answer to this question, but there is no way to install this shaft in the Ai-ONE Square to Square Jailbird WITHOUT cutting the existing SL90 in it? It will definitely increase swing weight. The only way would be to get a retro fit All In and cut the SL at the steel. Not sure what that does to swing weight but would follow the existing instructions for single/double bend cutting and it should be ok.
I am in the same boat. An All-In shaft needs to find its way on to my Mini Jailbird Ai.Gonna have to track down another All-In retrofit.
Found a Double Wide AI One at too good of a deal. Putter has been a little off (just as I'm finding the driver) so I want to put this one through it's paces.
