UST Mamiya All In Putter Shaft

you are correct. If you are wanting to do it now you would need the retrofit. Its not hard to cut and do (unless you measure wrong like I did lol) but it didn't mess it up bad enough where I noticed a difference.
Wait, won’t the steel tip all-in fit over the spud on this S2S jailbird? I thought it would.

I think it would work as well

Man the Jailbird Cruiser with the all in is so dang good. 29 putts on the day. Even let @outlawx roll it today and I asked him again if he wanted to use it and he said, no bc I’ll have to buy one and my wife will kill me. 🤣

Which version of the shaft did you install @ttucliffhanger ?
I used the ordinary steel tip version for 2 over the hosel slant neck straight shaft installs. But if yours is a Cameron it may need a different size tip.

Was on GolfWorks today looking for an All-In shaft for my S2S DW.

@ddec total rebuild happening.

I’m all sorts of excited for this and it’s not even my putter.

We need the over the hosel to release!

I've never putted anywhere near as well as I am with with Edel F3 with an All-In. Part of me wishes I had played it with the stock shaft for a while so I could pinpoint the differences, but the combo just works for me. Lag putting is where it really shines, but I've finally gotten my push on sorry putts sorted too, nice to feel like more confident standing over a 4 footer than a 10 footer again. 🤣

A CH neck 7 would want a full graphite All-In, yes? No need to go steel tip or retrofit?

One of the best feeling setups I’ve had in a long time

@DannyLe - Do you know what the INSIDE diameter of the All in Straight Tip Graphite/Steel Combo is and also the All in 0.370 Tip Graphite Putter? Not the retrofit.

@vgolfman - Do you happen to know the OD of the spud on the S2S Jailbird? or OD on the spud of any of the S2S's for that matter, assuming they are the same?

I think Zeros has a point here. If these match up I don't see why one couldn't just use one of these and not have to retrofit nor get over the hosel?

Probably the best putter setup I’ve owned to date and that’s not just off feel. My avg putts per round with it since I’ve bought it is 27. Which was 2 strokes under my last avg.

That is correct. You can go steel tip but the weight is slightly different. I think GolfWorks might have a graphic up on by how much, but IIRC from talking to Danny, the Graphite will be the heavier of the two.

From what I have read, the steel tip will fit fine. The all graphite one is not strong enough at the tip end to go over the spud and not risk breaking. That is why the prototype all graphite that @Hawk is testing has a short metal insert inside of the graphite shaft.

Retrofit All-In has been purchased for my Ai-One Double Wide.

Kind of excited to see how this performs next to the Tri-Hot Triple Wide that I can't seem to ever kick out of the bag.

What is the big thing you guys have noticed when switching putter shafts from stock to All in?

ALL-IN 0.370 Straight Steel Tip will fit perfectly.

Considering putting one of these in my Ai Milled 7. Had the steel tipped version in my Elevado for most of 23 and 24.

Granted, my putter with it, is in time out currently. But I noticed a much more stable feeling putter. I know the shaft in my other putter is counterbalanced and lighter weight so that may have something to do with it. But the feeling of stability is much higher in the All-In

Has anyone recently used a retro fit and a all graphite All-In? Were there any huge differences to you?

I thought it felt more stable at impact.
