Well it’s a milled insert. What would that do to you lolWhich one are you in again? I always struggled with this shaft and a milled face. But I've always been more of an insert person.

I've always struggled with speed control with the milled faces. It has nothing to do with the shaft I'm sure.Well it’s a milled insert. What would that do to you lol

Yeah I’m not sure if I’ve just absolutley fallen in love with the standard Ai WH face or what, but the success is not there so far. I’m also pulling an irregular amount of putts too. Like I said, I’m giving it another shot today. But after this, I’m very interested to test your DW to see if that makes a differenceI've always struggled with speed control with the milled faces. Milled faces are hotter (in my opinion) and I prefer a softer feeling off the face.
It's been soooooo good for me. And I was so scared to change from the TriHot 5K Triple Wide.Yeah I’m not sure if I’ve just absolutley fallen in love with the standard Ai WH face or what, but the success is not there so far. Have you messed with the weight at all? In my personal opinion I feel like I had to adjust head weight with this shaft to keep my same general rhythm with my putter. It was pretty key for me.I’m having a hell of a time getting the ball to the hole in my putter combo now. It feels stable but my pace control has been off. I will have another round tomorrow to try to get it dialed in
I think someone in the previous 80 pages has done the retro fit just replacing the graphite section of the stroke lab.
I have not. I’m coming from a counter balanced Stroke Lab that feels effortless so I might need to lighten the weighting in the putter.Have you messed with the weight at all? Yep, so exactly the same. Came from a counter balanced stroke lab and I had to bring the head weight down 20g to keep my same pace control. Which depending on what kind of putter your in, you may not even be able to bring it down 20g, but I'd try to bring it down as much as you can if you're struggling with pace control, it's definitely a pretty different swing weight vs. the CB Stroke Lab.I have not. Which way did you go? Heavier or lighter?
This will be done in the future! Thank you sir!Yep, so exactly the same. Came from a counter balanced stroke lab and I had to bring the head weight down 20g to keep my same pace control. is it pure speed control or do you feel a little disconnected from the stroke?Well it’s a milled insert. What would that do to you lol

Yes? With all the pulls I’ve seen from it, I feel both. Today has been a bit better but it doesn’t quite have that automatic / effortless feelingis it pure speed control or do you feel a little disconnected from the stroke?
So a couple of things for me early on with the All-In shaft.Yes? With all the pulls I’ve seen from it, I feel both. Today has been a bit better but it doesn’t quite have that automatic / effortless feeling
Yeah I went with my normal superstroke just two days ago. It’s helped compared to what I previously hadSo a couple of things for me early on with the All-In shaft.
Double check and see what the weight difference is before and after the install. For me, it was slightly lighter so I wasn’t as aggressive as I normally was trying to get used to the new weight. I did end up adding weight to the bottom of my 3T which helped a ton. Also, I switched the grip. I’m not sure what you are using, but I went to a slightly larger super stroke and that helped me control the face angle and it also allowed me to start to put online with better speed control.
Just ordered me an All-In for my Jailbird. Let’s go!!! I’ve noticed my lag putting hasn’t been as good since moving to a new putter, everything else is the same except for the shaft.
I'm so curious about this shaft with a S2S head, but I really can't justify trying anything else with the way I've been putting.Just put an All In in my S2S DW, this shaft feels like home.
33 putts yesterday, no 3 putts, all 2nd putts were stress free.
Only one round in but the feel and distance control was on point.I'm so curious about this shaft with a S2S head, but I really can't justify trying anything else with the way I've been putting.
Glad it's working for you dude!
That toe hang of the CH might not be your friendMaybe the Double Bend of the DW is the reason I'm putting so much better with the SL shaft compared to the CH of the 1WT with the All-In in it. I just spent 10 minutes on my putting mat and it's not even close how much better I'm putting with my DW. @Nappy , since we are playing a scramble, I may just use your putter all 18 holes lol
It has to be that. Though I putted great with my CH Toulon Chicago a couple years ago. The difference between the SL DW and the All-In 1WT couldn't be bigger right now for me though. I will see how @Nappy 's putter rolls for me and go from thereThat toe hang of the CH might not be your friend
Also the xtra mass of the DW might be what you need also and the Chicago (at least to me) was a more compact wide flange blade. When I tried the 1W after playing the Chicago it looked a lot bigger addressIt has to be that. Though I putted great with my CH Toulon Chicago a couple years ago. Chicago was for sure a more compact semi wide blade. Still the CH neck though. And what would you mean by mass? The DW and the 1W are almost identical in size when I have them side by sideAlso the xtra mass of the DW might be what you need also and the Chicago (at least to me) was a more compact wide flange blade.
