UST Mamiya All In Putter Shaft

I think for those who play this are landing on the same thought. Better than expected feel and the distance control is crazy. I would never have thought a putter shaft is the difference to the distance control this one offers.
It really is insane. I still get dumb sometimes and don't hit it hard enough, but if I put a solid roll on the ball the consistency I get is downright crazy. I leave myself more close second putts than I ever have before. Confidence just explodes when that happens.

I was all around the hole yesterday. Speed and line were just perfect, but lots of tough breakers that take as much luck as anything to get to drop.

@Muchmore needs to get in here and share some thoughts on my AiOne Double Wide from last Friday. He swung it on multiple holes.

I putted much worse on at the MattyD Scramble (Friday) then I did at Victory Links (Thursday). Victory Links is home of the 3M Open qualifier so I'm going off the assumption the greens were a little more pure than Matty's home course, but still....I wanted to putt better. I could blame the Fireball shooters I guess.

Still continue to be impressed with distance control and feel. There are times where I question putter head shape and going back to my Triple Wide maybe, but I'll never move on from this shaft. It's just too good.
I think the green speed and those damn shooters are a reason I don’t currently have a ton of feedback on how it felt. I left one putt woefully short and missed my line with the other one

The feel was good and I was able to put a good stroke on the putt. Felt more in control than I did with my all graphite 1WT because of the DB neck so that was nice.

Wish I would have had more actual time with it though

Solution: Just buy one and dive in

Hey @Jman... what kind of All-In did you put in your Sea Island?

If I were to install this in my Cobra Agera head from the CB (385g) which is about 20g heavier than the head in the 35-in Agera, did I read correctly that the All-In increases the SW already... and would that additional head weight become crazy head heavy?

If you made it standard length, yes, it would be pretty damn heavy at 385. If you were to keep it the same length as the CB currently I don't think you'd really tell much overall of a difference.

If you are going for a more normal length putter and want to try the face balanced Agera RS instead, I can send one to you. I have it already cut down for the All-in retro fit. I took the All-in off and retro fitted my Enzo.

I really appreciate that offer and may end up taking you up for a test run.

The other debate I'm having right now is that I really like the double wide blade shape of the 2024 WideSport I bought but I like the insert of the 2025 Agera much better. Some pretty heavy waffling going on over here. :ROFLMAO:

In true THPer fashion. lol

If you want to give it a run just message me your address and I’ll send it out to you.

Order placed. Right now I'm leaning toward the WideSport

I missed my normal Friday fire department tee time last week because of the MattyD event.

I was back yesterday. First hole I had a 25 foot putt for par. Little right to left break. Buried it in the center of the cup.

One of the guys in our group "Oh great this f*****r is back again this week".

Kind of cool getting to be known as the guy who can putt in your group. I've got the All-In shaft to thank for that. Straight confidence.

Another round of great putting and im convinced it’s because of the All in. The over all stability and “connection” it offers is amazing. The greens were a little slow today so I ended up with 33 putts but a few the ti missed I had the line and need a few more rolls to find the bottom of the cup.

I made two putts of around 15’ that reminded me why I love the AllIn with my putter.

What a difference a day (and a round with the Agera CB) makes. Cross posted with a question about doing an All-In in a CB putter but it may get more use here...

OK. I'm getting pretty excited about this build. I ordered a Super Stroke Flatso 2.0 XL (87g) that comes in at 13.75" instead of the Flatso 17" (104g) that I was playing in the stock KBS CT120 shaft. The Flatso XL has the counter core port and I think I can install my 50g weight to get it back pretty close to how it's playing now but with the stability of the All-In.

I’m in the build process now. I will probably end up about 37-in total length because the full 30-in of the all in results in a .385-.390 shaft diameter on the single bend KBS CT 120. Not mad at this as I’m also planning on a Flatso XL (13.75-in) instead of the standard 17-in CB grip. Weight change should still be almost negligibleIMG_9123.jpeg

This will help a lot

I definitely reviewed that before I started but I was hopeful that the .370 stretched a bit further up the shaft than it did. I kinda split the difference and ended up doing a little build up on the retro to keep it centered in the steel portion.

Man oh man this turned out nice. Lost 1.5-off the original 38-in which is fine with me because sometimes I was hitting the end of the shaft on my belt before. Going straight into play tonight in league. 50g counter core plug

OK. This thing is no joke. For the first time since being selected for the Morgan Cup and having to sort out a Cobra putter that I wanted to play... this is it. The All-In Agera CB combo at 36.5 is SO comfortable, I'm smitten.

Pace control, face feel off the insert, confidence.. this thing has it all. No longer waffling on what putter is in the bag for the rest of the season.

And that is so comforting

Balanced is what I keep coming back to

I know I'm going to jinx myself, but I'm feeling pretty comfortable with a 2-putt from almost anywhere within 30-ft... and that's kinda wild

Nope it’s real. Myself and countless others have seen lag putting drastically improved

The greens at the course where my league is held are super quick currently. I showed up a bit early and spent time on the green with uphill and downhill rolls from 20-40 ft.

It just goes where you hit it... and almost exactly how far you want to. Such a relief to have this settled in my bag. The All-In is worth twice the investment in my opinion.
