UST Mamiya All In Putter Shaft

I've got 12 rounds in with the shaft now, I'm still struggling with speed but my lines are great, even on some mishits. So that part I really appreciate as in the past I've seen those turn ugly. I might be struggling with the mental block that this is not the stroke lab which is causing me to second guess the firmness of which I need to hit it.

I will say that on fast greens, I absolutely love this, it's more so on our mini courses where the speed can be anywhere from a 8 to a 12

I don't know if the spud is bent or I just have the shaft piece cut too high on the All-in retrofit, but I noticed the piece I had in there was crooked and it's now sent me down a rabbit hole trying to get it square and fixed. Question is, how many shafts do I have available to cut around here lol.

This should help. I was replacing a stroke lab so it was easy to remove where the SL met the steel and replace

Dropped off a putter to have an All-In retro installed today. Can’t wait to have it back next week.

Ah for some reason I thought the directions were 7-8 inches above. That would explain it completely.

Its a broken record at this point, but the AiOne Double Wide All-In Combo just continues to be solid for me. If I read the putt right and put a good roll on it I have a chance...every time!

3 or 4 putts last night burned edges. Saved par a couple times with 5 or 6 footers.

The confidence grows and grows. Can't see myself ever going to anything else.

Dude I was coming in to say I am sounding like a broken record right now. I played two course I have never played and putted really well. I attribute that to the All-In and how it balances out my putter. I cannot imagine not having one of these in the bag going forward. Performance is one thing, but the confidence is something you can't put a price on.

29 putt average (not counting putts from off the green) and strokes gained at 2.11,

It's amazing. Glad you're having success bud!

Any updates on the proto version? I would love to try one with the astral. Needs the over spud and I don’t want to do a retrofit. Need that all one piece look for it.

All-In still baffles me, but now I kind of understand what everyone has been saying. Didn't want to jump on the wagon and tout the glory of the change, but darn it....it's true ;)

The All-In shaft has definitely helped my putting stats since switching to it, especially confidence in lagging it close.

According to Shot Scope, 2024, about 30 rounds, had me at 32.2 putts a round average. Most of 2025, about 35 rounds, has been about the same. Strokes gained coming in at -2.24.

The last 5 rounds, using the All-In in my old Ping Anser head, I've averaged 29.8 putts and have +0.15 strokes gained according to Shot Scope. 3 recent rounds played in San Diego without the the Shot Scope, and not showing in the stats, went 28, 30, and 31 putts.

Probably a lot more that factors into this but confidence is definitely up since switching to to this shaft.

After a couple of long weeks of waiting, today (or tomorrow) will be the day I upgrade my Odyssey S2S Jailbird with a new shaft and grip. The All-in shaft arrived super quickly, but the LAB grip took its time.

As this is the first time I've ventured into tinkering with a putter shaft, I thought I'd solicit some advice. I've seen a little here and there, but if anyone has any extra tips or a good YouTube video, I'd be very appreciative. What I've gathered so far is, heat the current shaft (avoiding the putter head) until you can unscrew the shaft. I have Brampton epoxy and those instructions are pretty clear on the steps to epoxy the new shaft into the putter head.

A few points I'm not clear on are 1) whether I need to sand the steel part of the All-in shaft before epoxying, and 2) if I need to cut down the graphite part of the All-in shaft if I want a 35" length. I think the shaft comes at 36" and once inserted it seems I'd be back down to around 35" and I should be good. And of course anything else that I may not be considering on my first effort.

I haven't done a S2S install, but with both of my All-In installs I did sand the steel part before Epoxy. I'll defer #2 to someone else who's maybe done one of these.

Just trying out the All-In for the first time on my mag indoors… man the head feels so connected. I know I’ve read that phrase a bunch from people talking about this shaft, especially @Jman, but I didn’t really understand it until right now.

connected and balanced is what I keep coming back to

It's both wildly different and somewhat similar to the P105 I'm used to. And so much better than the steel I've been using lately.

Neal Shipley wins another KF event with an All-In. This is pretty cool for UST

Will have to wait still a bit longer to get my Agera RS-30 built with this and a Zenergy Tour 3.0

That will be a fun combo!
It's been brewing for a while. First I got the wrong shaft with the all graphite and then thought I'd change putters altogether. But I roll the RS way too well to not give this a go.

The 3.0 is with the idea to quieten my wrists even further.

Got my first 9 holes in with the All-In installed. Really, really liked what I was feeling in my putter stroke. Having it in a slant hosel with quite a bit of hang I think really let how connected the head feels shine. It just moved with my hands exactly like I would want.

My distance control with this shaft just continues to shine. We played some faster greens at a nicer course yesterday and I made some significant putts. One was almost 20 ft. I burned about 3 edges. I continue to be impressed day in and day out.
