UST Mamiya All In Putter Shaft

Made four putts in the 5-8 foot range yesterday in nine holes. Just another day that I'd consider borderline insane with the S2S Jailbird/All In Proto. Really comes down to my read, and they were good yesterday.

This shaft with the JB Cruiser is just insane to me. Another fantastic round with the flat stick last friday. 22 putts on the round!

I had a similar thing yesterday. I only played a quick 9, but my speed control was just automatic. If I read the putt right it was dropping. Burned a few edges on those that didn't. AiOne DW has been such a good change for me with the All-In Shaft.

I think that putter/shaft have become my favorite club in the bag, and I have a lot of clubs I absolutely love right now.

Automatic is the best word that describes this shaft!

It's definitely the most consistent for me. There are days where speed control takes a bit of time to get....but for the most part all I have to worry about is the line.

I never warm up before I play. Inevitably I fire my first putt or two way past the hole lol. I need to consider even just five minutes on the green.

I think the underrated thing about this shaft is that I can adjust to green speeds a lot quicker. The balance this gives my putter allows me to be aggressive and then dial it back if I need to

What length did you set it up at?

I'm thinking about getting the JB Ai-One Cruiser and putting the All-In shaft, cut to 35" with a normal grip.

I like a heavy head on the putter, and the extra 20grams of the Cruiser over the Mini would help.

Just ordered me an All-In for my Jailbird. Let’s go!!! I’ve noticed my lag putting hasn’t been as good since moving to a new putter, everything else is the same except for the shaft.

Did this happen?
Any pictures?

That's what I'm looking to make.................either the Mini or the Cruiser.

I have the shaft here, just have got around to it yet. Might have some time to get it done this week.

I am at 36.75”. That’s only bc I made a mistake in measurement but it works great!

I'm guessing you were shooting for 38", to keep it stock?
Yes. I just measured wrong. But it worked out so not too mad now haha

Been struggling with the LAB lately, so wanted to go back to a standard putter. I had sold my old 7, so I picked up a Ai-one Cruiser 7 for a great price, put in the All-in shaft today, cut to 35". Came out great, feels great on the putting mat, find out tomorrow how it feels on the course.

36 holes on the new shaft/putter combo..................and it feels great.
Good feedback, good rolls, looks awesome.

Much much nicer shaft than the stock strokelab one.

Left my Agera to be finally reshafted to All-In this week.

The All-In shaft continues to perform for me. The feeling of zero lag during the stroke inspires so much confidence, and I feel like I can really go after the hole on most putts and not just try to get it close.

Almost 3 strokes better since switching to the All-In, and far, far fewer 3 putts.

1 Jan thru 30 May average without the All-In In. 33 rounds recorded.

1 June thru today, since making the swap. 18 rounds recorded.

14 putts in 9 holes last Friday!

I'm thinking I may need to order the Retrofit for my Jailbird Mini.

Still rocking the retro in my Limit3d and I love it.

It’s just so consistent for me, even in this crazy heavy static weight setup I’ve built

Is there a benefit to going with the all graphite version over the steel tip option?

I'm thinking of pulling the shaft on the Odyssey Max 1 putter, and putting the All-In on it.
All graphite seems to make sense to me.............but wanted to ask here first.

Weight is the only difference from what I remember

So the retro shaft would be the easiest................cut the stock shaft, insert the retro, trim, grip..................done.
