UST Mamiya LIN-Q PowerCore: The Game Changer Arrives

Tipping 1" is fine.
Awesome thank you so much!

Do you think I could do a Blue 7TX in the fairway wood?

Or should I stick with a blue 7x tipped an inch?

What shaft are you coming from?

Fast transition

speed around 115 can get up to 120 if I push it

shop shape is usually 5 yard draw to straight. When I am swinging my best I see it tend to fall more right maybe less than 5 yards

bad miss is a pull hook
You're a little faster than me. I typically hit a straight ball or push draw. With the Blue so far I'm seeing lots of center contact and soft fades. I wouldn't say I'm having trouble closing the face but it's definitely not going left like I typically see.....which I prefer

The more things I hear about this shaft, the more I can't wait to get it in the bag!

Only on THP do you get an online fitting from the master. So cool

The Lin-Q line definitely has more torque than the Ventus line. Probably not for stronger swingers.

I was just thinking the same thing, what an absolute pleasure to be apart of such an awesome community !

Hoping to get my fw and hybrid soon. Been about a month and I'm just really antsy, even though I can't hit them outside yet.

Absolutely love Danny in here chatting it up with us

With the craziness of work this week forgot I received this Monday. Ready to have some fun with the Quantum 6 Hybrid

Definitely - I’ve used a variety of white / black shafts prior to the Powercore, so my best comp is the stability of a Whiteboard, with the responsiveness / kick of TR Blue.

Another way to describe it (and just go with me) - at address, the white (even 7X) has a bit of waggle but immediately stiffens up when swinging the club. Furthermore, you can feel the response of the shaft flex at transition, but always have a sense of the head throughout that swing. It’s a feeling that’s very different / unique from most shafts out there.

Happy to answer anymore questions @youvee !
Thanks for response. You think it’s an upgrade form the original TR blue? That’s what I play now. Looking for something with a little more feel, sometimes I feel like I lose the head and drag TR blue.

I get 40 percent off TaylorMade so this shaft + a new Qi4D been calling my name. Also considered the Tour AD FI

This will be fun to watch!
I've always preferred using Recoil hybrid shafts in the past. However Powercore has been really excited to try this combo.

I think this will be an excellent combo!
