Thanks for posting that up. Enjoyed it! The rough certainly is unique. I'm pretty excited about this Open. I'm a sucker for history, so seeing Merion in HD will be a treat.

When I watched it this morning, the quotes that continue to resonate with me are:

"It's a freaking hazard!" (a lot of freakings in these videos)

"The rough will be like hitting out of a box of ropes..."

And I would change the title of the thread (I changed the wording in the first post to "Director of Operations", but I don't have the power).

I drive by Merion every day and it's been cool to watch the transformation. The course looks ready to host now. I'm volunteering during the week, then will definitely be there the whole weekend watching if anyone will be there too.
