I'm measuring that swing at about a 24/8 tempo on the Tour Tempo app. Moderate speed. Seems fairly smooth to me.

Thanks for the information. That swing was at very low effort to hit a little wedge, but good to know it's in the ballpark of smooth. Oddly enough, Ernie Els is who I watched tirelessly to try and recreate a smoother swing, and he has 24/8 tempo.
