I’m not talking about for travel. I know, have seen, and I’m soon to order a travel hat case. I’m talking about just at home. My current solution of just throwing them haphazardly onto the top shelf of my closet, around the living room, a couple in my bedroom and maybe one in the bathroom and then rummaging around until I find the one I want to wear. It is becoming tiresome.

How are you storing your hats for easy and quick identification, access, and organization?

Or are you like me and just have some everywhere.

I’ve got a few hanging on the hall tree, a bunch more in the den, kind of piled up. I have way too many!

Some in a closet, some in the office, a few in the bedroom a couple in each vehicle.

Basically I'm the embodiment of chaos in this regard.

In our coat closet we have a shelf at the top. I keep a paper box up there with hats I don’t wear often. For ones I do wear often, I have 3 rows maybe 5 hats deep in each row. My wife hates it but with as many as I have I’m not sure where I’d keep them otherwise.

bathroom ?

The best way to store hats is to throw half of them away once per year. Clutter problem solved and it green lights buying new ones. Win, win.

This is one of my hat racks in my office/golf room. I have another smaller one in my closet. Keep thinking of painting the peg board to make it nicer, but it does the job for now. I do have about 50 more hats in my closet, but I didn't want to cover the entire wall, so I put the main rotation out and swap in new ones occasionally.

On the back of my storeroom door I have a hanging shoe rack. The top three shelves are for my hats. IMG_3327.jpeg

I've got 3 stacks of them in my closet.

Mine stay in stacks in my closet nested. It’s not a great solution as you have to pull them all out to see what each is. But it takes up the least space that way.

the bucket hats are a problem. Those mofos just get thrown on top

Under the back seat of my truck, with a couple of 1/4 zips.

The most used ones are in a dresser drawer, and the overflow are in a plastic storage tub

Mine are everywhere like you lol. Some on top of my dresser, some in a closet, ones I've worn recently may end up in my office or my car. it's the wild west of hats for me.

I’m thinking a GrayBull like wall of hats in my living room would be pretty dope.

I bought this from branded bills. I can't fit even close to all of them in there, and it makes it even harder to find what you're looking for, but does contain them a little.

These look kind of cool

Think I'll be ordering a few
I’ll let you be the guinea pig. Please come back and let me know how it works out.

I seriously try to limit my number. I keep mine in a couple bins.

I’m thinking I’ll have a hat funeral this weekend. Drive some over to the Goodwill
