I absolutely love the thought of this setup.I wanted to give the Tour V a fair run, but I'm really struggling to maintain distance into the wind.

oh youI forgot how time consuming yet satisfying club work is hahaha
Quite a few hours pulling and prepping last night (for a friend) while getting my heads ready as well. Fortunately the gluing is the easiest part, and you'll be thrilled to know that I was able to clear all the epoxy in the shaft so i could save the beloved iLines that adorn them lmao
send me a truck full of them and I'll live an incredibly satisfying life lmaooh you
I just put my very last iline on a driver this morningsend me a truck full of them and I'll live an incredibly satisfying life lmao
that could have been my iLine.I just put my very last iline on a driver this morning
Understood! Can't wait to hear how you play with them in the ZXi7sI wanted to give the Tour V a fair run, but I'm really struggling to maintain distance into the wind.

I'm so crazy excited haha - like a fresh set landing.Understood! Can't wait to hear how you play with them in the ZXi7s
To be fair, you can swing the shaft it’s on better than I’ll be able to.that could have been my iLine.
SELFISH.
I've got no experience in it, just to preface my comments.I've got a little experience with it, and have been coming the web a little, but any pointers on removing broken graphite shafts from a couple iron heads? They broke right at the hosel.
I was thinking easy out and lots of heatI've got no experience in it, just to preface my comments.
I would probably hit the hosel with a ton of heat and use needle nose pliers to grip what's left of the shaft. Once hot, the epoxy should give up and it should come out pretty easy. You aren't trying to save anything so go hot on it and it should come out easy enough.
If that wouldn't work, I would drill it out with a smaller diameter bit, then clean up the edges with a dremel and sanding tip.
You don't need an ez out though, as it's not threaded. You could start a drill bit slowly into it, until it grabs. Then heat the crap out of the hosel and turn the drill bit to remove it though.I was thinking easy out and lots of heat
I was just thinking easy outs might grab a little better than a drill but?You don't need an ez out though, as it's not threaded. You could start a drill bit slowly into it, until it grabs. Then heat the crap out of the hosel and turn the drill bit to remove it though.
not sure. It could. i would think any drill bit would immediately grab in a broken off shaft piece though.I was just thinking easy outs might grab a little better than a drill but?
Yeah, might be overkill but won't hurt.not sure. It could. i would think any drill bit would immediately grab in a broken off shaft piece though.
I think those will be a ton of fun@Jman the components are all in.. what do you think of this combo? (Not pictured are the Lamkin ST+ Hybrid grips). I've been fit into Modus3 105 S shafts several times but was fit into PX Rifle 6.0 for my callaway irons and hit them well. I know the Modus3 115 S should have a similar feel to the 105s but heavier and so that's what I'm experimenting with these. I've never hit the 115s so going in blind but why not!
