What are you building? (Club style)

@Jman the components are all in.. what do you think of this combo? (Not pictured are the Lamkin ST+ Hybrid grips). I've been fit into Modus3 105 S shafts several times but was fit into PX Rifle 6.0 for my callaway irons and hit them well. I know the Modus3 115 S should have a similar feel to the 105s but heavier and so that's what I'm experimenting with these. I've never hit the 115s so going in blind but why not!

Normally I would hit some balls now, but this generational flooding has taken a toll today.

Had to pull the trim already and can smell mold, so not the first time water a has come in. I'll be "building" a new wall and water barrier soon I think.

Tonight’s build is a little old school nostalgic build. Going back to the summer of 2001, I had just graduated high school and had graduation money burning a hole in my pocket and wanted to get into golf. Walked into a golf shop with $1000 budget and walked out with a whole bag from putter to driver. The owner said irons were the most important so of course they took a chunk of my budget, the ISI-K. Bought myself a membership to the club that Im a member at to this day and here we are. Couple years later I sold those Pings and swore off golf only to come back. Ive always wanted another set for nostalgia reasons and finally found this set for what I was willing to pay (3-sw $100). I pulled the steel shafts on the 5-up because I probably cant hit the 3-4 irons, I couldnt on the first set either! These will be fun to take out and knock around every now and then for a twilight walk. Looking forward to it!

I’m not even sure, but it’ll be interesting.

Regripping a set of irons with a free-standing vise (just sitting on the floor!) is not an ideal setup, but I think it worked out OK.

Got a few Gripmaster grips to try. Will be installing them soon.

Hoping that they will help in the heat and humidity of summer.
How are you liking them? I'm in Louisiana and played today and only have them on my wedges. The difference was crazy, leather ones get so tacky with a little moisture.

After a few weeks with them I wanted to get them on all my clubs.

So I ordered ten more grips and they just arrived a few days ago.

I will be switching the rest of the clubs over to the Gripmasters by the end of the month.

Awesome, I forgot how great they are, this is the first round I've played this year that I sweat. 🤣 Curious how they hold up with the amount of golf you play.

I'll be pulling them off the old clubs putting them in everything when I get home.

Put 4 of the Gripmaster Roo midsize sewn grips on my Driver, 3 wood, 5 wood and 5 hybrid today. Played a practice round with them and really pleased with the results.
