Goodness looks yummy.

First I'm going to ask if the escargot - if the server hesitates, that's out and I'm going with some blue crab cakes (though octopus diablo has be tempted)

If I've planned ahead and starved myself appropriately it's hard to argue a dry-aged porterhouse (but I haven't since it's vacation) will go with the 14oz strip Rare+ (server recs for sauce, wow they all look good)

I'm going to need to try banana ketchup somewhere just to figure it out. - so side of fries
kale/papaya/apple salad and rice for sides.
