Something that might seem a bit different or unconventional, yet you seem to want or need?

Two tees in my pocket at all times. Don’t know why but I get flustered. This happened at VN where I broke a tee and the other fell out as I headed to the tee box. Got to the next hole and was scrambling.

Oh man, I am not sure if its a quirk or just OCD, but I have to have things organized in my bag. Tees in one pocket, ball marker/divot tool in the other.

with my clothes they have to be color coordinated and pressed. Shoes are cleaned after every round. Goes back to the "look good, feel good, play good" mentality.

I am sure there are others, but that jumps out at me.

I like to have an extra ball or two and a couple of tee's in the front right pocket when I play. I just always assume I'm going to break a tee or lose a ball and get self conscience about needing to go back to the bag and get more.

I also take a lot of golf photo's most rounds, which I'm sure non THP'ers think is odd.

I don't know if this is a quirk, but I obsess about keeping my golf gear clean. For example, I use car wax on my driver and woods, as well as regularly clean/condition my head covers. I clean my grips and wash my golf glove on a regular basis, as well as my golf shoes. The golf bag is kept clean as well.

Hmm. I don't know if I have any real strong quirks. I don't like tees in my pocket, I don't like balls in my pocket. I do like to step off putts.

I don't like honors. I just want whoever is ready to tee off, to go. Like no need to wait on me, are you really getting some distinct advantage by going first off a teebox, not sure if that's a quirk, but sometimes I want to look at the hole and understand where the hazards are and sometimes I'm ready to rock n roll as soon as I get out of the cart.

Pulling the pin on putts seems like one now-a-days.

Tees, ball marker and divot repair tool in right pocket. Ball in left pocket.

As in...you like a pulled pin or you hate a pulled pin?
As in I suck at putting and want the pin out so the hole looks bigger.

Idk if this qualifies but I much prefer to putt w/ my glove still on.

100% resonate with you. Clubs needs to be fully clean as soon as I get home so I know it's ready for my next round or practice

I'm the same as you. I've always played with my glove on. I'm currently consciously trying to remove it for putting to see if there's any difference in my putting average.

Divot tool/ball marker combo in my right pocket. Cannot be in my left, and the ball marker has to go back in the magnetic spot on the divot tool every time, even shot to shot if I have to mark a second putt. Cant' stand it being loose in my pocket.

I've tried both and just like the feel w/ glove on better. Been doing it that way for years now.

Extra socks in my bag. Wet feet is a harbor for nastiness and I change socks as soon as possible.

My tees, ball marker, and divot tool HAVE to be in my right pocket.

I genuinely believe (and nobody will change my mind) that most (not all, most) golfers take it off because they believe you are a supposed to, not because of any thing related to feel.

This thread is made for me.

Exclusively use footjoy rain glove because I like the feel more the leather.

One length irons.

Broomstick putter.

Two 52* clubs in my bag.

Putt with glove on.

I HAVE to show up to my tee time 2 minutes in advance or my whole game is thrown off.........KIDDING LOL.

I really don't have any major quirks. I generally drink hot coffee everywhere else, but on the course I preferred Ice Coffee. 4

I will not eat on the golf course, unless I am totally malnourished.

Once I find a rhythm, I will not take a practice swing.

Especially if feel is sound. ;) Don't tell me wearing a glove changes sound haha.

I almost always keep my glove on unless my hand is sweaty and I needed to just let it breath. I don't need the grip for a putt obviously, but I have never ever understood the feel argument and why I gotta take off my glove to putt. It's never made sense to me from day 1. Yet we use it for a 20' chip 3' off of the green? Like what...you don't want feel on that shot and do you really need grip swinging the club at 25 mph?

I wear 2 gloves most of the time. I just feel like it helps me from having a death grip and having my right hand take over. Don’t care how it looks or what others think about it because I just play better with 2.
