What did you shoot today?

Played Randolph from the tips today. 87. Too many doubles because my driver just deserted me for a few holes. Hard to make par, or even bogie, when you 2nd shot is from 325+. Normally, my driver is my best club, just not today. I scrambled to keep my score down to 87.

My team shot a 56 which is 16 under and won the Fall classic captain's choice tournament today. We had 3 Eagles, one of which was a par 4, 10 birdies, and 5 pars. Lots of fun and a cool 200 dollar prize. :alien2:

Played Paiute Snow Mountain course today and shot horrible. I couldn't hit any club in the bag for the first 4 holes, it was unbelievable. My driver starting coming around about the middle of the front, but it took my irons quite a bit longer. And for some reason I couldn't hit my 3w which for the last 2 weeks has been my best club. Just one of those days I guess. The good thing is I broke even on my bets for the round.

JB, I've noticed you've been posting about your rounds late in the afternoon. Are you not able to tee off first thing at this new place?

Played a little game yesterday. Just me and my dog out walking in dry lake bed. 3 miles with an old 9 iron. Took 37 strokes to cover the 3 mile, gps measured distance. No I don't hit a 9i 140, but you get you get a lot of extra roll on a some what flat hard surface. That and a lot of thin lies. :D My wife followed us in the vehicle, testing her driving skills with a sore right hand, which is why we out there in the first place.

Shot 80 from the Blues at Heartland Crossing(Indpls) today. 38/42. Kind of got away from me on the back.

87 at Stonewall Orchard (Chicagoland). Perhaps the quickest greens I have ever played.

I played Westchester again today with my brother and thru 13 holes I shot a 75. Had to pack it in due to lack of daylight. Almost hit a deer with the golf cart on #12.

shot 96 on saturday at Darley in Troon.

couldnt putt to save my life, but played ok tee to green.

dont think i 2 putted more than 3 holes.

96 at Vistoso. Never saw the course before and I hit it in some very bad places. Also felt like someone beat me I was so tired and sore from the previous 2 days. No excuses, I stunk it up, but I still managed to win in my foursome.

Yesterday was one of those day's that I struck the ball pretty well, but the score didn't show it. 86 (44/42) for the day, for some reason I didn't track my putts and should have. No 3 putts all day, lots of one putts. I was chipping great all day. Driver was the culprit again this time.

I played about as bad as I have in months yesterday in our weekly best ball match. I couldn't hit the ball, I couldn't putt the ball and my chips were aggressive but not good enough. I simply stunk up the course. I shot 45/43 foro an 88 but the score doesn't matter when you just feel terrible about your ball striking. I messed with my swing too much and by the end of the round I was just ready for it to be over. The highlight of my round was I ended the back with 3 straight pars but I had 4 double bogeys in my round which is about as bad as it can get for me. After the round one of my teammates said he sees me becoming a low handicap golfer but he thinks I get down on myself so much that I affect my playing. I have to agree but it sure does make you feel sick when you blow a 100 yard shot 10 yards over the green to end up making a bogey.

I shot 92 at NAVY in Seal Beach, just never got it going. My last few rounds: 90, 77, 86,88 & 92. The putter has been hit or miss.

well, i truly had a "golf" day. shot an 86, hit 11/14 fwys and 13/18 gir, but mustered up a mind whopping 41 putts. i could do nothing but laugh. i struggled on the greens in western north carolina in november for sure. windy, cold, hard, and i was blistering birdie putts by the hole at rapid paces. oh well, that's golf, at least i have my health and a day on the links.

took a break from golf lately. played 18 today for the first time in a few months. it was a rough start and hacked my way towards a 103. But the weather was amazing for this time of the year here...and I had a GREAT day. I realized how much I missed the course...

Snuck out of work a little, okay, way early to take advantage of the last day in the 60's. Starting tomorrow, it will be in the 40's.

Played 9 and shot a 40. Best 9 hole score yet!

Congrats Danny! Great score!

I shot an 88 today. Ball is going exactly where I am hitting it. Darn left foot.............I keep for getting:banghead:

That is a great score, way to go. Before long you'll be posting even par for 9.

Shot 47 for nine the other day on my home course. 47 is not remarkable, but I did hit the best 5 iron of my life. 177 out, and into the wind. Hit the shot and it fell out of the sky like a dead rat and landed 2 feet from the pin for a tap in par. I was grinning like an idiot, and had nobody around me to share the moment with.

Great shot revrat! Those are always fun.

Met my old man and my brother today at Black Mountain Golf Course in Black Mountain, NC. Great weather and I love this track. It's a classic municipal course that features what was once the longest golf hole in the world. The 747 yard, par 6, #17. I shot 40 on the front 40 on the back, and 35 on the front when we played our extra 9. First time I've shot even par for 9 holes!!!!

Should have been 1 under but i lipped out a 12' birdie putt on 9.

Can't wait for the ONPAR GPS to show up, I know that Black Mountain is available and I will put up a nice review.

Also loving my new Str8 Fit driver. Didn't miss a fairway with it all day.

Congrats tc, nice round.
