What did you shoot today?

43/43 on a par 71. Had issues off the tee today and took me awhile to figure it out. Amazing how a bit of tee height can really change the driver.

I played bogey golf on an executive course today, which is good for me. I didn’t feel like it was a good round, yet it was my best score for that course.

Shot an 84 at Pointe South in the Augusta area. Couldn't get off the tee in the front 9 to save my life, but chipping and putting were OK. Eventually went par, birdie, birdie, par, par through the middle of the back to really rescue the round, including this from 151 out.

45/46 for a 91, in 30+ mph winds and temps in the low 50s. It was blowing hard enough that you could see your ball oscillating while it was sitting still on the putting green.

What a difference a day makes. 37/39=76 today. 12/14FIR 12/18 GIR and 33 putts. While not the best putting day I was hitting greens just not close to the pins so was still pretty happy.

41/39 - 80!! PB!!

Was a total fluke of a round, haven’t really played much this year and less than three times in the last 3 months. New irons and a relaxing walk at my home course with my son and hot damn!

Makes me want to go back out again tomorrow

Congrats on the PB!!!! Great round. (y)

45/45 - 90. 5776 yards slope 121 par 70. Tied my PB. Should have broke it by at least 2 shots. Tough back pin on the 16th and flew the green into a shrub. Took my relief and flubbed two easy chips from 10 yards for a quad. Then on 17 I hit a 290 yard drive and had 50 yards left thinking I’d recovered from my previous hole.
Flub my first shot 25 and then chipped over the green and two putted from off the green for a double.

Congrats in tying your PB - seems like your close to breaking it and shooting some 80s rounds

Thanks. I can see it. It’s funny that I’m now consistently shooting in the low 90s I’ll be playing with guys that shoot 75-85 and think I played almost as good as them and see the little things that are blocking me from those rounds. Just need to eliminate blow up holes and clean up some of my chipping and 85 -90 is there.

Today was probably the latest in the year I've ever played a round at my home course and I played some of the best golf of the year. I shot a 79 with a double and a triple. That was one of the more enjoyable rounds of the year.

It was a tough week of golf for me. After tying my PB last week I had a tough couple days. Something just wasn’t right. Not really sure what but I started to get it together near the end of yesterday’s rounds.

36/38 - 74, in temps that never got out of the 30’s. Man that is cold for my taste.

88 today for me. 45 on the front and 43 on the back with two birdies today.

46/39 for 85 today. Got off to a cold start and managed to pull it together for the back 9. Hard course with some narrow FW but awesome views of the backside of the Catalina mints here in Tucson.
