What did you shoot today?

R1: 38/37 - 75
R2: 37/39 - 76

One round today so far, might be only one, we will see. Still, 5 this week is a pretty solid week!

35/40 - 76

What could have been. Made four bogeys in a row on the back though getting complacent.

Yesterday, in perfect 82*f weather, I carded an 83, with 29 putts. (40/43)

The first 9 I played from my normal front tees. Since they have closed the front 9, I played the second 9 from the middle tees.

On the 1st 9, I missed a 3 foot, easy putt, that would have gave me a 39. I just got to non focused with it. It looked easy, and I treated it easy. I know better than to do that.

The best part if the round was I was not finishing up the last 3 holes with a lack of energy. Im finally getting my stamina back.

Still learning how to use which high lofted fairway club in different situations.

@Hawkins either WTF’ing me because I only played one round, **** the bed this round, or because THE GAME IS CLOSE! 😜🤣🤣

Only played 13 holes today because of evening plans and slowwwww golfers

36 (+2) on the front 9, -1 on the 4 on the back

Talk about close @Jman

Shot a 58/50 108.

The crowning "victory" was having the caddie say "I've never been here before" after an exceptionally wayward tee shot on a short dog leg right par 4 that finished pin high in the trees.

We are still in mourning here in Central PA with snow and freezing temperatures since early December. One course has opened 9-holes today. The ground is frozen and there is still snow on the back 9. They filled their tee sheet immediately. More snow is forecast for later this week. Still we’re all hopeful we’re getting close to the end of winter.

45/38 for 83. A tale of two nines today

41/42 for an 83 at a new course....with a quad on 18 😞

Today was sooooo close to the pinnacle of my ability. Putter was on fire. Only 25 putts on the day. Struck the ball pretty darn well, save for a few.

Put one in some rocks along water and had to drop on par 3 #4, took a double. Played great until hole #15 I couldn't find my ball in the rough...another drop, another double. On 18, I was wore out because it was unseasonably warm and this course involved a lot more walking than normal with tunnels and bridges between some tee boxes. Lazy tee shot found water left. Walked up there to drop and hit another one in the water up near the green. Pretty much mailed it in after that.

All in all it was a really fun round. It also let me know that if I'm firing on all cylinders for just a few more holes then mid-70s is in sight (pb is 79).

Trip to an old haunt/course today.

Played from 7,000

38/38 - 76

It’s starting to get really ******* close.

Shot the worst 76 of my life. No way I should have played that well.

After a 76 yesterday, I shot 80 today that could have easily been mid 70's if I hadn't been playing 3 off the tee on 2 holes that cost me 4 shots to begin with

Also had a few chips check up hard on the soft greens that left me with longer putts that were missed as well at times

It is still winter tees etc but I am starting to feel more confident about this year, although it might take a little time to adjust to my new home course when I get over there

42/37 for 79

Once again struggled to get going then finally turned a corner on the back nine and made 2 birdies to offset a streak of 5 bogeys in a row on the front nine.

A nasty 95 that esc’d to 92 that featured 5 holes were I was 19 over par and 13 were I was 4 over. That said I was + 10 thru 4 I was also pretty hungover!!!

Played Elk Ridge in Carson Washington this morning. This course is always fun gorge winds and greens super challenging with more dips and bumps then a green should.
6th round with the blueprint s irons first time on dryer fairways.

Shot a 44 on the front. And 42 on the back.
I had one odd iron shot. But all in all was hitting them good today driver was crap. Typical one part is on while one or more is off.

Had some good shots. Hit the 8 iron 139-145 on 2 different par 3's.

All in all a good morning.

Shot a 26 on a par 27. 1 bogey and 2 birdies. I finally feel that I am in control of my swing and golf ball with everything but driver. For some reason it has left me

What a weird day today. Six months ago, I was playing the best golf of my life, its been in shambles since. Started off ok, but nothing spectacular. They're doing drainage work on 3 and 4 so they're both playing as par 3s. Three putt 3 and take three straight doubles 4-6. Save bogey on 7, three putt 8. From there I play 9-18 one over. 40 footer for birdie on 9. Then on the back go birdie, bogey, par, bogey, par, bogey, par, birdie, bogey. Nine over on the front, two over of the back.

TLDR: golf is dumb.

It was windy, cold, and miserable.

38/39 - 77

46/41: 87 Three doubles on the front , two 3 putts from over 60 ft (no shake there), three lipped out putts, at least three holes with double chips (tough greens if you miss). Too many bad swings stuck between old move and changes from my new coach. It’ll come around soon enough.

Sim golf 77 from 7200 yards at Murfield. It’s so damn long haha

Swing felt good and I’ll take 50% FIR from those tees

Shot 107 today but had one of my better 9-hole scores in a while. I had a +15 on the front 9 and was striking the ball decent off the tee, plus hit some good wedges and was putting good. Back 9 something changed and I started pushing it right with a slight hook and lost 8 balls on the back 9. Putting was still good with only 1 three putt all day.

Been on a little bit of a heater as my handicap is at a 12 month-low (3.9). Still keeping driver in the bag a little bit, but confidence is slowly coming back. Had two bad three-putts, but also received some beneficial kicks after tee shots today.
