I am an Account Executive for a large (Fortune 100) business process and technology company. I like it but have always wanted to branch out on my own. Just can't seem to find the "right" opportunity.

Navy Civil Engineer Corps Officer. More construction management than civil engineering though.
 
Currently a Branch Manager with an Insurance Co. I am 4 classes away from a BA in Nursing, and then Nursing School is ahead of me, first to get licensed as a RN, then, who knows....

I started two new small businesses this month. Mr Sweetnuts and Gatlinburg Soap Company. The soap labels arrived today and have the old tyme look I wanted.
 
Newbie here. I'm a Healthcare IT consultant. Love the site so far & all the knowledge everyone is sharing.

Will check them out next time we are in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. I really enjoy the Gatlinburg golf course, last time there we stayed at the Bear Run Falls in Pigeon Forge which overlooks the golf course, most convient accomodations we have ever had in that area. Best of luck with the businesses.
 
New here, just joined today. I'm a GIS Coordinator. For those of you that have no idea what that means (99% of you) it means I make maps. I make maps for local and state municipalities to help with getting Grants funded.

I make digital maps and work with GPS on a pretty much daily basis.

Looking forward to posting here!

Oh and I live about 5 minutes from 2 of the courses on the RTJ Trail.

I'm part of the 1%. :D I do soil work for the feds so I constantly have my nose burried in the monitor doing GIS stuff.

Glad to have ya aboard... post away!
 
I also fit into that 1%.

If it makes you feel any better though I just had to go through a crash course of Oasis Montaj and DB linking. Ick.

I used to be the GIS Co-ordinator for Virgin Media, looking after the records for their National Fibre network.
 
Hey guys, joined last month, but just found this thread. Anyway, I was laid off this past May working armed security for a defense contractor who was building the new VH-71 helicopter (now cancelled, thanks Obama), so I am currently a student going for my BS in cybersecurity.
 
Part time Grinch. It's a seasonal gig. Heading into the busy season right now.
