What do you use for off-green shots?

Situational, and unfortunately it depends on what part of my game is working or failing me at the time. Chip with any number of clubs based on carry and roll wanted. Putt maybe, chip it with the 3w or 5w. My imagination is stronger than my skill level for sure.
 
I review the lie and go through these 3 questions:

Can I putt it?
If yes, then I putt it

If I can't putt, then can I bump and run?
If yes then I use my PW or 9 iron and hit a bump and run

If I can't bump and run then I pitch with the 54*
